Vai con (C)alma Retreats is a space for anyone in search of stillness, reconnection and renewal. Guided by Gisella and Oriana, each retreat brings together mindful practice, honest conversation and nature vivid enough to quiet the mind.
We believe transformation does not ask for force. It asks for space, presence and a place worth arriving to. You come as a guest and leave having learned and remembered something about yourself.

Gisella and Oriana met in Pipa, at a point where both were looking for something quieter and deeper than what they already had. Gisella had built her practice around Odaka Yoga, moving gently between water and stillness. Oriana had spent years in a fast, international career before the search for meaning led her toward a more holistic path, through art therapy, nature, cacao studies.
From that meeting, Vai con (C)alma was born. Not as a fixed place, but as an invitation carried into vivid corners of the world. Their intention lives on in every retreat: a small group, a real place, and enough space to come back to yourself.
From grounding practices and meditative movement to shared meals and quiet mornings, everything happens in the company of people who understand why you came. Nature is never a backdrop, it is part of the experience.
Our retreats are more than a break from everyday life. They are an invitation to reconnect, to pause and to discover something about yourself along the way. We meet you wherever you are, whether you are facing a turning point, searching for deeper meaning or simply need to slow down.
I worked alongside Oriana for 12 years, as a business partner and as a friend. She has a rare gift for creating spaces where people feel welcomed exactly as they are, and what she's building through her retreats feels like the most natural evolution of who she's always been.
Rebecca HemmingsIt was my first time joining this art therapy workshop and it was such a unique and beautiful experience. The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming, I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys art or wants to try something new.
Naho YamaguchiArt therapy session painting stones with Oriana: a break that became a moment for myself. As the stones took on colour, emotions took shape. Her special energy, strength and sensitivity make you feel at home anywhere.
Sonia ColellaI really enjoyed doing yoga with Gisella because her classes are always different and very fluid. I love the music in the background and the circular movements, which help me get deeper into the poses. I feel very relaxed at the end of the class and leave feeling really good.
Luna RossiWith Gisella, I immediately felt comfortable and I really enjoy her classes. Odaka Yoga is a beautiful and dynamic style, and I can really feel my body moving through wave-like movements. It’s a class that helps you relax while at the same time making you feel full of energy.
Silvia SerraGisella introduced me to this style of yoga, which is very fluid and dynamic. My body follows the music and her gentle voice naturally. I love the feeling of stretching and relaxation that I experience during the class. Sometimes I feel a little stiff, but then, through the circular movements, I can feel my body becoming softer and more relaxed. I especially love the relaxation at the end of the class, when I can completely switch off my mind.
